LOGICAL FRAME

A tool for improving the design of development actions, most often used at project level. It involves identifying (i) strategic elements (resources, outputs, realization, impact) and their causal relationships, (ii) indicators, as well as (iii) external factors (risks) that may influence the success or failure of the development action. It thus facilitates the design, implementation and evaluation of development projects.
