MAJOR MAINTENANCE AND RENEWALS (GER)

They refer to the provisions included in contracts to cover the costs of periodic maintenance and servicing to extend the lifespan of the infrastructure. They are generally included in Public-Private Partnership projects, to ensure that the public entity has an infrastructure in good condition at the end of the contract.
