REGIONAL INDICATIVE PROGRAM (PIR)

Regional Indicative Programmes (RIPs) are an important step in the programming of European Union (EU) aid under the European Development Fund (EDF), and complement the National Indicative Programmes (NIPs) agreed with the national governments of ACP countries. Preparations are carried out in close cooperation with regional organizations, so that programs support their priorities in areas where the EU brings added value.
